An outstanding whisky aged in ex-Bourbon American white oak and first-fill Sherry casks, formerly filled with 30yo Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These Sherry casks are hand-selected for The Dalmore from renown Gonzlez Byass bodega to create a whisky of remarkable character.
