Tocai Friulano “Sandrigo”, Denis Montanar 2018 $28100% Tocai Friulano from a small single plot planted in 1987 and never treated with chemicals. The grapes are destemmed, wild fermented and aged in steel for 8 months and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. Medium bodied with crushed pear, citrus pith, white flowers and raw almond.

Single vineyard Merlot planted in 1999 that has never been treated with chemicals, hand harvested and destemmed, then wild fermented in fiberglass and aged in sealed stainless steel tanks for 2 years and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Medium plus with wild purple plum, black pepper and olive notes with bright acidity and some earthy funk.
