X-Gins recipe involves the juniper berry and 15 hand-selected specialty spices, herbs and botanicals sourced from all around the world. Painstakingly refined over 20 months in a process involving 100 trial recipes, the finalized product contains a hint of cocoa from Colombia, almonds from Piemonte (Italy), hazelnuts from Avola (Italy), wild pepper and whif of vanilla from Madagascar.
