Beautiful Daiginjo with pure aromas of apple, pear and melon aromas. The aged characteristics expresses itself in extra complexity, flavours of pomegranate and persimmon, and an amazing mellowness. Heavy mouthfeel without feeling cloying.
This sake was aged for 5 years at -5 degrees Celsius. This allows it more complexity without sacrificing its ginjo aromas
