Made from old vines, over 50 years old which is extraordinary for Champagne. This is technically from the village of Cuis, but is actually on the same hill as Le Bateau of Cramant. 100% Chardonnay, fresh and elegant with tropical fruit such as banana running through the palate, finishing with a velvety creaminess.
