Description
The wine is 100% fermented in qvevri with indigenous yeast and very low additions of sulphites. This cuve is a 50/50 blend of rkatsiteli and mtsvane that is made in a lighter, fresher style with 1 month of skin contact that is a perfect introduction to the world or Georgian orange wine. It has fine, delicate tannin with notes of dried apricot, pear, fig, lavender, and apple skin.
