Dirty Baby Viognier 2016
Jeffs note: Viognier is my favorite white. This has classic Viognier flavors of summer peach and apricot with aromas of Jasmine and honeysuckle and maybe a hint of ripe melon. Serve from lightly-chilled to just below room temperature. Perfect at a picnic or a barbecue or on a date or holiday table or with a late-night grilled cheese on crusty bread.
Pairs beautifully with Moroccan spices, mild or medium curries, grilled pork, roast chicken or turkey, scallops, salmon, roasted squashes or root vegetables
Cheeses: Rogue River Blue, French Comt, triple creams like Brie, St. Andr or Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tam.
