Product Description
This wine was created in a small parcel of land that lies between the Aygues and Ouveze rivers. Situated on the Northern Slopes of Mont Ventoux the soil is dry but with very few stones making it a tough but good environment for creating Rose wine.
Tasting Notes
A blend of Caladoc, Grenache and Cinsualt this Rose wine is wonderfully refreshing. Notes of thyme and grapefruit balance each other out nicely as well. Perfect as an aperitif or with light salads.
