Third-generation winemaker Bernard farms 25 hectares alongside his son Benot in Ancenis, northeast of Nantes. This part of the Coteaux de la Loire experiences warm days, cooled by proximity to the Atlantic which also helps reduce humidity in this wet area. Muscadet particularly enjoys the diversity of soils and Atlantic breezes resulting in wines of freshness and a signature minerality.
