The volcanic Mount Kanlaon lies at Don Papa Gayumas heart; a primordial force and source of the island’s power, feeding the land with mineral-rich volcanic soil and earning its reputation as a place of great intrigue and mysticism.. Crafted from 100% sugarcane molasses sourced from Negros island, Don Papa Gayuma undergoes distillation and aging in the unique volcanic climate surrounding Mount Kanlaon’s foothills. It is finished in Islay whisky barrels for a distinctive smokey touch.
