Eighty Four 2009 Petite Sirah

Eighty Four wines is a collaborative project between Doug Shafer of Shafer winery and his long time winemaker Elias Fernandez. The name comes from 1984 which was the inaugural vintage the two men worked on at Shafer winery together. This is an extremely small project with just 300 cases of Petite Sirah produced and 600 cases of Malbec. It’s a very exciting project if you’re a fan of Shafer Relentless or other Shafer wines, in which case you owe it to yourself to check out these limited-release offerings.
