Light and floral tequila, with lots of citrus and tropical fruit notes and a touch of black pepper. This is not harsh, it’s fairly delicate and was made to pair with tonic. Ideal for sipping or mixing, it’s versatile and unique. The brand was created by two South Londonerswho collaborated with some master producers to craft an agave alternative to gin. The name comes from Mexican folklore, a story of the origins of tequila and the bolt of lightning that started it all. El Rayo maintains traditional practice balanced with innovation and forward-thinking.
