Flavor Profile:

• The nose is light and clean introduces a lovely element of damp, earthy funk; citrus oleo, hints of anise, honeyed cooked agave, sea spray, and sweet vanilla.

• Palate: Waves of smoke envelope notes of clove, petrichor, torched vanilla bean, and cooked agave. Finish is long and trailing with that cooked agave lingering throughout.
