DESCRIPTION
Elector 12 Year Old is blended Irish whiskey matured for a minimum of twelve years before bottling. Produced in the traditional Irish style, it combines malt and grain whiskeys aged in oak casks, with some influence from sherry wood during ageing. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Light and slightly sweet with soft grain notes, vanilla, honey and a hint of dried fruit.
Palate: Smooth and rounded with vanilla, gentle spice, light oak and a touch of sherry sweetness.
Finish: Medium length with soft oak, mild spice and lingering sweetness.
