100% Maria Gomes aka Ferno Pires from an organic single vineyard in Barraida. It’s dressed up to look like a Pet-Nat, with it’s crown cap, but it’s actually made in the Champagne method. Ripe pear fruit with candied citrus and firm bubbles. Delicious and easy drinking.
