Tasting notes – It is a flavorful wine with a rich ruby hue. Red berry aromas blend with the Shiraz variety’s unique spiciness on the nose. A velvety-textured, full-bodied Portuguese red wine with notes of Mediterranean herbs and a combination of red plums and raspberries. Black pepper’s heat is accompanied by mature tannins and vanilla undertones, which are hallmarks of well-integrated wood.
Serving suggestion – Serve chilled at approximately 12 – 18C. Pairs extremely well with beef and venison.
