Description
Crafted from Muscat Bailey A grapes grown by Masato Suzuki in Kamiyama, using the ichimonji-tanko (single horizontal cordon) training method. 2023 brought lower yields due to extreme heat but resulted in exceptional ripeness and quality. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, aged on lees for 45 months, and bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added SO2 (zero/zero). This vintage also marks a generational transition with Hayato Suzuki bringing fresh energy and commitment to the vineyard.
