Field & Sound Bottled in Bond Straight Bourbon is distilled by Long Island Spirits on the North Fork of Long Island, New York. Using the finest locally grown field corn, winter rye, and malted barley; combined with sweet mash fermentation, traditional pot distillation, and lengthy aging by the bluffs of the Long Island Sound, our High Rye Maritime Straight Bourbon Whiskey delivers a truly unique and finely balanced tasting experience. Aged in New American Charred Oak Casks for not less than 4 years.

TASTING NOTES:

Almonds, roasted nuts, and figs. Creamy oats followed by cherries and a silkiness on the finish.
