This vibrant gin from Fierce Spirits was inspired by the flavours of Thailand which explains its flavour profile and zazzy label! Alongside juniper, you’ll find lemongrass, Makrut lime leaf, and the exceptionally hot Carolina Reaper chili. When we say hot, we mean up to 2 million Scoville units of hot for reference, jalapeo chillis are around 5,000! Nonetheless, it manages to remain fresh and not overly spicy, and we reckon it might even go rather well with spicy food.

Nose: The aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Fresh, lively citrus, with floral lemongrass, piney juniper, and building chilli heat lying underneath.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
