Firewater Distillery Rainfire Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: “Youll immediately detect a scent of vanilla and caramel. Theyre both there, but youll have to decide which hits the nose first.”
Palate: “Surprisingly smooth with a velvety mouthfeel. Notes of vanilla, caramel and a sense of brown sugar. No detectable sweetness or oak earthy taste. Oak present, but not overwhelming.”
Finish: “Long on my tongue with a gentle warmth/softening effect with the aftertaste, which I consider favorable.”
