Production Notes
Production methods are strictly old-world, as befits a distillery with this family history.Brickhornooven cooked,tahonastone crushed. Small wood vat for fermenting and distillation in copper stills.Then aged in American oak for 18 months. And that’s it.Nothing more needed for one of the world’s best aejos.
