Distilled at the world-famous Cooley distillery located in the coastal town of Dundalk, Co. Louth, this exquisite single malt, cask-strength whiskey represents the finest of what Irish whiskey offers. This extremely limited, single-cask expression, was born of pot still grains in ex-bourbon barrels in 2002. The aging stock matured to absolute perfection – a minimum of 15 years to celebrate 15 record-breaking seasons of “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” – before just a handful of casks were cherry-picked to become Four Walls Single Malt in 2021. The result is just a few precious drops – 755 bottles total available for public sale – of the worlds rarest and finest Irish expressions.
