A spirited expression from Texas oldest legal bourbon distillery. A small-batch bourbon, aged at least three years in American white oak, Boot is bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV).
On the nose, it opens with golden apples drizzled in honey, soft floral verbena, fresh-cut grass, saddle leather, and a touch of cinnamon. The palate carries spring-like tones of honeysuckle, yellow pound cake, orange candy, baking spices, and sugar cookies, all lifted by a hint of citrus. The finish lingers with smoky notes of caramel apple, walnuts, and cinnamon, leaving a warm and memorable impression.
