The front end is bright, tense, vertical. Nicechewy palate with orange peeland a refined, nice bitter play. There’s a lovely mousse and awonderfullydry finish. Fresh, brilliantly textured, elegantly layered. Another triumph.

Gaspard Brochet exploded onto the Champagne scene with his first releasein 2020 and continues to excite and surprise us with every wine since.Gaspard comes from a long line of Brochet families in the area and has taken over the family business that is ‘Vincent Brochet’ a renowned producer in the area. Along with the existing lines, Gaspard has gone aboutproducing his own winesthat define him. His first release apure Pinot Noir from the vineyard of Le Mont Benoit, vinified in oak was a a triumph of a first attempt and everything since has more than lived up to the hype.
