Story : Gaspard is a Jenny & Francois Selections house label, meaning they work with some great growers and winemakers in the Loire Valley to bring us some amazing value wines. The Gaspard line up features some of your typical Loire Valley grapes – Gamay, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir.

The grapes are hand-picked, then left to settle for 48 hours. The must then ferments with indigenous yeasts. Aged in tanks, on fine lies for six months with batonnage. Filtered, not fined.
