George Dickel is handcrafted at Cascade Hollow Distilling Company.A pioneer of the Lincoln County Process, the special charcoal-filtering technique that sets “Tennessee Whiskey” apart from other bourbons, the distillery actually creates their own charcoal from sugar maple trees.
