Description
This wine is a beautiful pale golden straw color. The fruit aromas in the nose are dominated by savory lemon curd and grapefruit with spicy cardamom and honeysuckle rising up as interesting sub plots. Characteristic lychee begins to appear with airing. The citrus fruits and spice notes dominate the taste with a pleasant touch of honeyed sweetness in the fore palate. The sweet impression fades as the wines tart acidity makes itself known. This wine then finishes rather dry, with a full and lasting mouthfeel.
