Description
Each bottle of Gin Mare is made at a distillery based in a thirteenth century chapel located in an ancient fishing village between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada near Barcelona.
Gin Mare is made using traditional Mediterranean rhythms and techniques, with the sole intention of creating a truly Mediterranean gin. All of this is achieved through a delicate maceration process, the independent distillation of each botanical ingredient and the unmatched experience of the master distiller.

Arbequina olives, thyme, basil, rosemary, juniper berries, coriander seeds, green cardamom, Valencian orange peel, Seville orange peel & Seville lemon peel.
Tasting Notes
Herbal, savoury nose with berry fruits. Very herbal and aromatic palate with a perfume-like delivery. Coriander and tart juniper, citrus zest then finally a zesty, spicy finish.
Perfect Serve
Mediterranean/herbal tonic garnished with a sprig of basil and a green olive.
