Made from Aungustfolia Haw agave, double distilled in copper alembic stills.
Tasting notes – Smoky and spicy from the start, followed by a fruity flavor and slight astringency. Likewise in attack, with rising spices and smoke at all times; On the palate, spices and smoke give way to sweet fruits and citrus tones. Dry and spicy finish. Well balanced with a great flavor profile.
