- Niagara and Rosario Bianco with 24hrs skin contact.
- Niagara and Neo Muscat whole bunch fermentation for 7 days.
Wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered, bottled without any additives.10.5% abv
The refreshing scent of Muscat is felt refreshing, and from the taste, it has a fruity finish with the flavor of green apples and young pears, and you can feel the sweetness and sourness of mellow fruits due to amphora aging.
