Habitation Velier Providence 2020 | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich, voluptuous. Spicy (pepper, clove), camphor and exotic (ripe banana), the aromatic palette evolves towards more vanilla and medicinal registers (arnica). When aerated, aromas of cane honey and warm cane sugar permeate the atmosphere, enhanced by a very pleasant salinity.

Palate: Both lively and creamy. Finely licorice, honeyed (geranium) and vegetal (sugar cane), the taste palette also oscillates between flavors of candied lemon and pineapple.

Finish: Long, fluffy. At once juicy (pineapple), slightly tannic (cane wood) and heady (iris concrete), the tasting becomes increasingly gourmet (vanilla flan) and exotic (coconut, lychee).
