- Produced from Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard grapes
- Wine is twice distilled in Charentais copper pot stills
- Blend of eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, and Fin Bois; aged separately by Maison Hardy and blended before bottling
- Aged 35 years in lightly toasted Limousin French oak barrels
- 40% ABV
