Description
A classic Harushika experience through and through. This junmai ginjo is made with Harushika’s own house variation on Kyoukai #7 yeast, lending delicate top notes of melon cream soda, strawberry shortcake, rice pudding, and osmanthus tea. Brewed last Winter and rested through the Summer, this year’s bottling feels fresh, yet mature. A touch on the sweet side, but refreshing enough to please a dry sake purist.
