Heerlik Gin

Description

Heerlik Gin is handcrafted using traditional artisanal distilling methods at Metanoia Permaculture Farm and Distillery near Barrydale in the Western Cape. Using a state-of-the art imported Mller copper still from Germany, Heerlik Gin is produced from a blend of 7 botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander seeds, cardamom and freshly cut citrus from 5 different varieties, which are sourced from Metanoia’s farm in the Tradouw Valley. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)
