Description
This bottling is from a single Sherry Hogshead that was distilled in June of 2004 and bottled in early 2023, with a total outlay of 336 bottles. It opens with an aroma set of orchard fruits, rising bread, delicate sweet smoke, caramel, and breakfast maple pancakes. On the palate there is a great sense of texture and a flavor set of caramel, maple, nougat, pepper, barrel spice and just there smoke. – D&M TASTING NOTES (MK, 09/2025)
