A domestic craft gin born from the skill of the sake brewery and the climate of Japan

We have blended our original gin flavored with carefully selected botanicals such as cedar barrel-aged rice shochu brewed with 200 years of brewing techniques, Fukuguri oranges grown at the foot of Mt. Tsukuba, and domestically produced yuzu and Japanese pepper.
The refreshing scent of citrus fruits, the flavour of spices that make you feel Japan, and the deep flavour of cedar barrel aging are exactly the expression of Kiuchi Shuzo’s sake brewery and the climate that spreads there.
