100%Uve Famoso was recognized and authorized by the Consortium the Bagnacavallo in 6/15/2009 as an indigenous white grape varietal of the Ravenna plain, in Emilia Romagna, and registered as Rambla. Il Ramba shows the smooth and nuanced pleasure that a well made natural sparkling wine can deliver. Intense straw yellow, a strong aromatic nose reminiscent of green apple, sage and elderberry. to the taste it shows intensity and character with a bitter, fresh and persistent finish.
