Nishikigoi Sak is the product of Imayo Tsukasa Sak Brewery and is a traditional sak that boasts spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, buffered by earthy hints of Parisian mushroom and garlic, giving it a soft, buttery feel while still providing a kick at the end.
