Indiana Handy is a 95/5 Rye whiskey thats just shy of 10yrs old. Its the sister barrel to Risen Rye that won us Texas Rye distillery of the Year in 2024. This barrel is a year older, with 3 of those years being in TX, contributing to its extremely low yield (85 bottles). It was also finished in a first time use 16yr Buff/Turkey barrel know for power and complexity.

Nose – Orange, tangerine, lemon, honey, vanilla, apple, tea, oak, caramel, and white pepper.

Palate – Nectarine, orange, lemon, toffee, black tea, vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, apple, cocktail bitters, and oak.

Finish – Orange and lemon citrus, black tea, vanilla bean, raw honey, Honey Crisp Apple, toffee, orange sherbet, white pepper, black pepper, ground cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, orange peel, mint, and a subtle cherry.
