A Nagy Bajusz Jsz Laci (the big mustachioed Jsz Laci) is a small natural wine project on the volcanic hill of Soml. The winemaker Jsz Laci loves experimenting with forgotten varietals and ancient winemaking methods. Breath of the Volcano is a rare red wine from the white-grape-growing region of Somlo. Spontaneous fermentation without temperature control in stainless steel tanks, with one month of skin contact. Loads of sour cherry on the nose and palate, with juicy spices and a dark savory-spicy finish. No pesticides or herbicides used, certified organic. Unfiltered and unfined, with zero sulfur added. 100% Kkfrankos (Blaufrnkisch).
