Cameronbridge, located in the Scottish Lowlands,is the largest (and oldest) grain distillery in Europe.This 2011 from Jean Boyer is a small-batch, single grain expression aged in first-fill wine barriques and bottled at 43% ABV.
Nose: Candied fruit, toffee and nutmeg with notes of citrus and a touch of spice.
Palate: An abundance of honey, vanilla, and caramel balanced by lingering subtle oak and hints of ginger and cloves.
Finish: Long and satisfying, with a touch of cinnamon.
