Our original Boogie Chillen’ 1948 Bourbon was crafted to be smooth and approachable at 100 proof, but this release, named after John Lee Hooker’s iconic “Boom Boom” track, is a whole different beast. At 109.8 proof, this is our cask strength offering, bottled straight from the barrel, just like my grandfather played his music honest and with nothing added to get in the way of the soul Its the purest expression of the bourbon, delivering a powerful and uncompromised flavor that hits you with an immediate presence, just like the song.
