Description
Grenache,Cabernet SauvignonandSyrah. They are planted on soils comprised of clay, red loam and chalk stones, at an altitude of 400 to 600 metres. A wine with no D.O., from organic and biodynamic agriculture.
Manually harvested, semi-carbonic maceration and fermented in stainless steel deposits with local yeasts. Aged on its lees for 6 months in stainless steel deposits. No added sulfur. ORGANIC and NATURAL.
