The name Jung & Wulff is a reference to L.E Jung and Frederick Wulff, early visionaries who were committed to importing the best tasting spirits from around the world into New Orleans. As past owners of The Sazerac House and Peychaud’s Bitters, they are an integral part of spirits history in New Orleans, and their spirits were staples in the cafes and bars of New Orleans.

Jung & Wulff Luxury Rums celebrate the diversity of places and cultures that make rum the fine spirit it is today. Carefully selected rums from each country have been blended by Sazerac’s own Master Blender to bring you exceptional tastes from around the world.

Guyana No. 2 is perfect for sipping. A blend of rums distilled from molasses and aged for up to 15 years primarily in Guyana, the beguiling flavour profile ensures a constantly evolving finish. No sugar added.

Palate: Opens with a rich and creamy texture that develops into roasted, bittersweet flavours, leading to a smoky, grassy finish.

Jung & Wulff rums celebrate three influential places: Trinidad, Guyana and Barbados, each playing a crucial role in sugarcane and rum history.Guyana is an 86-proof rum with a beguiling, flavorful taste profile. Widely acclaimed, it is a spectacular sipping rum to be enjoyed straight, on ice or in a delectable cocktail.The toasted opening is rich and creamy in texture, confectionary at the start. It becomes roasted and bittersweet and slightly smoky with an undercurrent of grassiness at the midpalate. And for the finish, it just keeps revolving.

Blend of marks from no-age to 15 years old, all distilled from molasses. Marks in the blendinclude both pot-distilled and column-distilled, as well as fast fermented and slow-fermented rums. Barrel entry proofs between 65 and 70% depending on the mark. No sugar added.
