Description
Crunchy Cinsault from South Africa. With a great delicate florals, fresh red cherries and cranberies. This is a juicy wine for autumn with some bite, spicy and easy to drink, while maintaining a good structure.
Grown from organic, dry-farmed bushvines on a plot right on the border of Paarl and Swartland. The grapes are very concentrated due to the low rainfall. Natural fermentation occurs in stainless steel with native yeasts.
