Kaiyo The Single 7 year old Japanese Coffey Malt Whisky is matured in bourbon barrels and then it embarks on an ocean voyage for 6 months in Mizunara Oak where the constant motion pulls every bit of flavor from the casks. The final product features notes of honey, coconut, and vanilla.
