Uses 100% Williams Pears. Founded in 1909, Kammer uses double distillation and allows their brandy to mature in earthenware jugs. Serve in a tall thin glass to focus the bouquet, add to coffee, sparkling wine, or ice cream. As you will find, soaking fruit in the brandy will infuse it with flavor.
