PRODUCER: French cidre makers Ets Guillet Freres SA – Cidrerie Kerisac (Agrial) are master blenders and Kerisac Breton Cider is a prime example of their art. Cidre Breton Brut traditionnel is a soft full-flavoured cider bred under the warm Brittany skies. Made from fully ripened Breton varieties. Brittany cider is made of apples that are crushed and then juice is obtained from its ferments. The sugar is then transformed into alcohol, cider being naturally sparkling. Brut cider which is dry and acidic, but particularly tasty, demi-sec, mild and fresh and doux cider, which is particularly mild.

TASTING NOTES: Soft full-flavoured, delicious, cloudy and relatively dry Breton cider.
