Focused exclusively on whiskeys, Kings County spirits are always mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged onsite, using New York grain and traditional Scottish copper pot stills.
Peated Bourbon: With a 70% New York corn rich bourbon mash bill and 15% peat smoked malted barley, this is a hybrid whiskey of the two traditions: unmistakably bourbon with the lingering smokiness of Scotch.
