Sake description :
Crafted in the time-honoured Yamahai fermentation using the pristine, soft groundwater of Fushimi in Kyoto. Aromas of fresh banana, ripe melon, creamy yoghurt, and roasted chestnuts. Fine and smooth mouthfeel with layers of mineral-driven umami and a crisp, semi-dry finish. Versatile with diverse dishes, especially fresh oysters, salmon sashimi, and grilled chicken. Enjoy chilled, room temp, or warm (45C) for a soft, semi-sweet umami finish.
